"Dawn was great in helping my Fiance and i purchase our first home. She had connections to help us get financed which was a hard starting point for us. She was very fast in getting us in to see the few places and was great at communicating to us. She answered our concerns and was very responsive to questions. She helped walk us through the process. We have been in our new home for a few weeks now and could not be happier with the service that Dawn provided to get us into home ownership."

"Tenacious and wise. Going into a home sale in a seller’s market, I imagined having to shew away buyers from every angle. But Dawn saw every angle. We did have multiple offers within 48 hours of listing, but Dawn cautioned us towards a buyer that wanted to closed quickly so we could avoid the impending CoronaVirus issues. We closed one day prior to the full “shelter-in-place” order which would have set our sale back by weeks if not months! We gave up a few pennies to get the deal done, but the alternative would’ve been disaster. Dawn McDonald is the realtor for you, for sure!"

"Dawn helped us sell and buy. She was great at making us feel at ease with every step in each process, even when your nerves can get the best of you. She went above and beyond to accommodate our every request and I never felt like I was waiting on her for anything. Dawn made the entire process personal and was thoughtful in each of her decisions. On our purchase, we won out over better offers due to the amount of effort and personality that Dawn put into our proposal. Dawn had our home on the market for less than 2 hours before the first, and winning, offer came to her. It was a breeze.There were hurdles in our buying process, none due to Dawn, and she helped us overcome them all seemingly easily and even made our target closing date, which was an aggressive timeline.
